At BookTurfNow, we aim to provide a smooth and fair booking experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for turf bookings made through our platform.
Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their turf booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for bookings cancelled within the allowed time period.
Service charges, convenience fees, or platform fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.
Booking Modifications
Changes to booking date or time are subject to turf availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
