Payments

Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations and will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Turf Usage
Users must follow the rules and regulations of the respective turf. Any damage caused to property will be the responsibility of the user.
Prohibited Activities
